Responsibility and examination of the products
Risk for the products is taken over by the customer as soon as they are in the customer’s possession.
After the customer has received the goods, the delivery should be examined as soon as possible to ensure that; the shipment is in accordance with the order confirmation, if the products have been damaged during transport, or have other errors / defects.
Complaint
If there is a defect, defect or damage to the item, a written notice must be given by email ( inannastore.no@hotmail.com ) within a reasonable time . In the email, we ask you to refer to the order number, as well as which item number / item name the complaint applies to. Attach pictures that clearly show defects / errors / damage.
Exchange and right of withdrawal
At INANNA STORE, you have an extended right of withdrawal for up to 30 days from the time you receive the item. If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was received and with a completed right of withdrawal form. As soon as the return is approved, you will receive a refund of the current amount. Return postage is paid by the customer.
